Insurance, tracking/delivery confirmation, and signature are required for all buyers with less than 5 positive feedback. The same applies to orders above $100.

USPS Priority Mail Domestic typically starts around $8 and goes up every lb. If you are shipping to the West Coast and are ordering a decent sized boxed set expect USPS Priority to be at least $25 but with these larger sets it can go up to $50+ very quickly due to box size and not the weight.

International USPS Priority Mail tends to be be the least expensive way to ship oversees, but please keep in mind it is expensive and starts at $50.

LEGO and Brickowl is a hobby for us. We try to ship packages the day after payment but sometimes our schedule does not allow it. If you need something shipped in time for a birthday or holiday please order plenty of time in advance as we do not have a dedicated shipping team.

If you choose a shipping option there is a possibility it isn't appropriate for your item(s) based on final weight and shipping box size. Do not be alarmed if the shipping method changes as it is the best option available. We are happy to provide a shipping quote before you purchase.

Once orders are mailed, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to your package. We can quote you the cost of insurance prior to your order being placed if necessary. We will work with you to help locate missing packages, but once we hand the package off to the Post Office or other shipping carriers, it is out of our hands.

We take care to ensure our packaging is able to more than just survive the trip through multiple sorting centers, trucks, planes, being tossed, having boxes thrown on top, etc. Any damage endured during shipment is not the responsibility of Second Hand Bricks and is not able to be returned for full refund or replacement.

Once a package is signed for it is an acknowledgment that your order was received with the correct items and in the correct condition.
