LEGO and Brickowl is a hobby for us. We try to ship packages the day after payment but sometimes our schedule does not allow it. If you need something shipped in time for a birthday or holiday please order plenty of time in advance as we do not have a dedicated shipping team.

If you choose a shipping option there is a possibility it isn't appropriate for your item(s) based on final weight and shipping box size. Do not be alarmed if the shipping method changes as it is the best option available. We are happy to provide a shipping quote before you purchase.

Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

It is possible that your country of import requires extra fees. It is up to you to know your country's import laws and be prepared to pay extra fees if required by your country. Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item. Some countries also have import charges on the cost of freight and/or weight as well. 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

We comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied and as a seller we do not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. We will make sure the necessary information is provided.

 Box Condition

Set boxes are typically in overall good shape. We don't consider ourselves selling collector grade condition sets if that is what you are after. We do at times carry extremely high quality boxes, however we do not market them that way. A sealed set is a sealed set. If there are no extra comments on the set about box condition that means it tends to be in very good general shape and condition. If there is something more extensive we will note it. If it is a concern always request photos first or forever hold your peace.

When buying a sealed set from us do not be surprised if you find the following:

  • Set boxes may contain typical wear and tear from being moved around and stocked in a retail store, warehouse, etc.
  • Set boxes may have some cosmetic damage incurred during shipping
  • Set boxes may have minor dings, dents, or creases
 Returns | Refunds:

We do not accept full refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can request a return authorization and if accepted you will be responsible for returning goods in same condition as they were shipped to you, the return shipping fee, the original shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.

If a buyer requests a sealed set to be shipped without the box to save on shipping costs, buyer accepts all responsibility for the purchase once paid for.  All sealed sets removed from the set box are non-refundable. Because removing bags from a sealed box decreases a sets sellability for us we cannot accept returns on these. If there is an issue related to missing bags or pieces we can provide the full unboxing and order packing video/pictures and if we are at fault we will do our best to make it right. If, however, something is missing due to LEGO's manufacturing process or postal carrier's shipping process buyer will be responsible for reaching out to either LEGO or shipping carrier customer service.
